2019 Pan American Championships/Pan Am Games Qualification Race

The city of Três Coroas, located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul – Brazil, is honored to host the 2019 Pan American Championships/Pan American Games Qualification Race, from April 26th to 28th, 2019. 

Due to the cancellation of the qualification race in Lima, Peru, Tres Coroas is willing to hold the race at short notice. There are plans to hold an ICF/COPAC/Panam Sports sponsored training camp for the developing National Federations.

The Pan American Championships will include Canoe Slalom in both Senior and Junior levels and Extreme Canoe Slalom, which uses plastic boats to negotiate a shorter course. Along with the qualification for the Pan Am Games in Lima.

International and National Technical Officials Nominations

The International and National Technical Officials Nominations are now open for applications to judge both Canoe Slalom and the new sport of Extreme Canoe Slalom at the Pan American Championships. Also, in order to continue the preparations for the Pan Am Games in Lima – Peru, will be conduct an IJCSL exam and judging seminar for those candidates from NF’s that need the certification for the Pan Am Games.
